Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. Velvet Vault Luxe is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
